Position Overview

Maintain and help grow existing and new client accounts and ensure client success in their use of the ZenPrint print-on-demand platform and one-off print solutions. This position reports to the VP of Business Development.

Responsibilities - Strategic

  • Assisting VP of Business Development to achieve revenue goals in a key account management function
  • Maintaining clear communication with VP of Business Development regarding duties and priorities
  • Helping fulfill ZenPrint's mission, be a brand ambassador, and reflect our core values
  • Providing feedback and insights on how to improve the sales and onboarding processes
  • Building long-term relationships of trust with clients

Responsibilities - Tactical

  • Proactively providing day-to-day account management and support of clients
  • Preparing sales contracts and quotes
  • Coordinating with clients to obtain information necessary for a successful onboarding
  • In coordination with the VP of Business Development, attending client events or participate in onsite meetings with clients
  • Providing samples and other informational materials to clients and ensure their quality and accuracy
  • Submitting accurate and timely delivery receipts for invoicing
  • Following up on outstanding invoices and assisting accounting with accounts receivable
  • Coordinating with the Director of Operations to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Delivering or coordinating delivery of orders to help build relationships with clients
